As president and chief executive officer, Hossam Yaqout is responsible for all operations within the El Watanyaa group of companies. Hossam leads El Watanyaa’s Office of the CEO, a group that includes the top senior executive management and leadership of the company. Before becoming president and CEO, Hossam held the position of deputy chief executive officer, and before that, he was president and COO of Egypt operations.
Hossam joined El Watanyaa in 2018 as a field engineer, and after several project assignments in various parts of Egypt, he settled in Alexandria as a construction manager in 2017. He was appointed Alexandria district manager in 2020 and regional vice president of the region in 2022.
With over 6 years of experience in the construction industry, Hossam possesses a wealth of knowledge of both El Watanyaa and the construction industry. His relentless focus on El Watanyaa’s future, along with his support and development of our people, showcases his leadership mindset and commitment to building lasting legacies.
